These individuals perform a combination of professional and moderately complex administrative or operational duties, necessitating self-development abilities. They apply their extensive expertise and broad knowledge to tackle a range of unforeseeable problems and analyze data from a variety of sources. They may also be responsible for guiding and leading others, with some limited authority over their work output.

Entry Requirements

Applicants demonstrate they have the foundation skills required to participate in the qualification. Any of the following types of evidence will show applicants can participate in the training and assessment of this qualification:

 

  • All applicants must be 18 years of age;

  • IELTS score of 6 or equivalent;

  • Evidence to show they have attained an Australian Year 12 or equivalent;

  • Undertake a Language Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment

(including holiday breaks)

Course Requirements

To complete the study of BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business, a student is required to successfully finish twelve (12) units of competency. This includes:
