This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Individuals in these roles generate and evaluate complex ideas. They also initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation. Typically, they would have full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others.

This qualification may apply to leaders and managers in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability. The job roles that relate to this qualification may also include RTO Manager and RTO Director.

Entry Requirements

Applicants demonstrate they have the foundation skills required to participate in the qualification. Any of the following types of evidence will show applicants can participate in the training and assessment of this qualification:

 

  • All applicants must be 18 years of age;

  • IELTS score of 6 or equivalent;

  • Evidence to show they have attained an Australian University Bachelor degree or equivalent;

  • A previous vocational education qualification, at Advance Diploma or above.

52 Weeks

(including holiday breaks)

Course Requirements

To complete the study of BSB80120 - Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning), a student is required to successfully finish eight (8) units of competency. This includes:

 

  • Three (3) core units, and

  • Five (5) elective units
